PlayZuzu, a mobile-first iGaming platform, needed to prove that its app Rise & Hustle could successfully scale in the Nigerian market before committing to a wider rollout.

By mapping player behaviour across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and programmatic channels, our team pinpointed the most cost-effective install opportunities and high-conversion zones—all for maximum impact.

With an agile launch of over 10 short-form mobile videos and static variants built around the “Play. Win. Rise.” hook, engagement soared. For example, CTR jumped from 9% to an impressive 13% in the first week alone.
